“ The cinnamon roll pancakes are absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly. Priced very reasonably. ”
“ The food was great. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich 1000/10 and the Dubai chocolate French toast. My husband had the country fried steak, eggs and hashbrows. ”
“ I really like this breakfast spot! First time checking it out. It's a local spot in Brandon. They take call aheads which is nice, especially on a Sunday. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. This place reminds me of a small mom/pop diner. The vibes were good and so was the service. Jackie was our server and she was the sweetest! She took very good care of my family. A plus, they do serve alcohol here so of course I got a few mimosas. My dad got a couple bloody mary's. The presentation was beautiful! I ordered rick's combo with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and french toast. I was starving and forgot to take a picture of my food, but it was very tasty and totally worth the visit. I will for sure be making this a regular! ”
“ Great little restaurant with great food and service. Love the cinnamon roll pancakes, but everything looks great and everyone loves their meal. Gets crowded during peak times so you may have to wait, but worth it! ”
“ This is one of my go to places. Will keep going back. Food has always been good and consistent. I think this last time might have been due to a new waitress. Went mid morning on a Sunday and got right in. Asked for Kalamata olives in my Greek omelet and was told they didn't have them but did end up getting them in the omelet. My friend asked to add cheese to her omelet and it came with cold shredded cheese thrown on top instead of melted and mixed in. We're out of avocado but that's sort of understandable. They could have ran out by 11 am but they are also next yo a Walmart. ”
“ Was planning going fishing on this Saturday morning and there were small craft advisories so we went and had breakfast instead and we just picked the place and Brandon and went and checked it out. It's a little mom and pop place and it was really good. The service was very good as well as the customer service. There's a lot of seating inside and you can also sit outside if need be. We put our order in and received our meals fairly quickly and they're sweet tea was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and it was a lot of food. I would definitely suggest any of you guys out there reading this review to come and make a visit to The Wooden Spoon Diner, he will not be disappointed. ”
“ I didn't want to write this review, because I want to keep this little gem of a restaurant all to myself (and the people that already know how good it is). The staff was really polite and worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were definitely happy with our meal and the service. See you again soon. ”
“ Little old-style diner. We ordered the BLT, Fried Chicken Sandwich, and Cheese Omelet with grits. Let me say the grits are better than any I've tried in the area. Coffee is great too. Everything was delicious. Service was warm and friendly. Recommend! ”
“ We absolutely love coming to Wooden spoon diner for breakfast or lunch. We met in the middle and decided to do brunch and I have to say the cinnamon roll pancakes are award winning, I could eat those things everyday it doesn't matter what time of the day it is! My kids are always fascinated by the Mickey Mouse pancakes and my oldest got the chicken tenders and they were good. If you want to start your day off right then this is the place you go too. ”
